Courts Cases are based on actual evidence on not merely hearsay and they must be proved beyond reasonable doubt, which is pver 99% which is the minimum treshold in relation to certainty of any criminal court case.
Sadly a lot of UK rape cases are being reviewed due to the prosecution witholding evidence and in certain cases the evidence even supported the accused innocence.
So you agree that dressing in a promiscuous manner is stupid? Or should we encourage more and more girls to dress up like hookers to prove ... what exactly? That they can look like hookers?
Would you tell someone to be careful with their wallet as a smart action to take?
But would tell girls .. go ahead BE STUPID!!!! We support you!!!
I think that was a bad analogy on their part although I understand what they were trying to get at (it's hard to find a better one). Dressing a certain way has nothing to do with anything and ironically often the "shyer" women are the ones to get violated. It's probably because if you dress promiscuously you are often portrayed as confident so bad people won't mess with you. I'm not saying that we should all dress that way either. You can get targeted either way but I think that is what happens more often.
If women dress and act like hookers, how are hookers supposed to dress and act?
How would a man know the difference?
Hookers will literally tell you the difference...in dollar amount.
And believe it or not, it's not okay to rape them either, so why are they being mentioned?
