Back in 2013, Wil Riggins was an Army colonel who had been nominated for general, when Susan Shannon wrote on her blog that Riggins raped her at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point back in 1986, according to the Daily Mail.
Four years later, after Riggins had been denied his promotion based on the claim, a jury heard Riggins’ suit against Shannon and awarded him $8.4 million in damages, according to The Washington Post.
With that as the background, Riggins has been using his Twitter account to remind those rushing to judgment in the Kavanaugh case that regardless of what an accuser says, the truth may be very different.
Will we see history repeated? Relieved this man finally got justice.
Good luck on collecting. Wonder if he will finally get that promotion? Or the salary he was denied due to her accusation?
Hard to prove rape. It is not usually done in front of witnesses.
I am usually with the accusers. And am certainly when children are molested and don't tell. I understand that dress and a person's condition should not be an excuse for assault.
But damn, girls old enough to know better and grown women, why are you putting yourselves in harms way and then getting pissed when the inevitable occurs.
Why go to a drunken party and get drunk yourselves and then shout rape? I do not understand.
It is beyond repugnant when a woman deliberately accuses an innocent man of rape in order to destroy his life/assassinate his character. It undermines the credibility of every other woman or child who is a legitimate victim of sexual assault/abuse. The destruction is far greater than an innocent person's reputation. The accuser is too self-centered and delusional to understand the ramifications.

Maybe according to feminist consent is a state of mind and out of regret you should be able to retroactively withdraw consent because that's your current state of mind?
The absence of consent would seem to be a very hard thing to prove without considering all the circumstances.

And the worrisome thing is feminist and liberal women are always accusing men of things they aren't actually doing.
If the woman is proven liar she should serve prison time.
