Here are some more Notes for Future Reference.

Sunday Sept 23, 2018 -- The Accuser now has a name and a face. And it runs out that she has a title, too -- she's a Professor at Palo Alto University and has earned her PhD (that doesn't stand for BS Piled Higher and Deeper). She's published Papers in her field of study.
What's Up Chuck. Chuck Grassley (R - IA) is negotiating with the Doctor's Lawyers to get her testimony On Record and Under Oath. Chuck's negotiating tactic is to say "Testify Wednesday, or Else We Vote Tomorrow" and repeat it ad nauseam. Mitch McConnell (R - KY) blubbers his way into a guarantee that Montgomery County's Favorite Son will sit for his Supreme Court photo as soon as possible. Kavanaugh huddles at the White House, going over his story. The nation awaits the next move.

The Nation doesn't have to wait long. During the 4pm NFL game, news beaks that there is another woman who has had a bad experience with the new Supreme Court Justice Nominee while both were at Yale. This new accusation involves Indecent Exposure.......apparently at the Frat House of Phi Droppa Trou. Is there going to be a new Accusation each and every day ??

Monday Sept 24, 2018 -- Well........yes there is. Another Accuser comes forward and she has Michael Avenatti to help her plead the case. And just in time for tonight's 9pm News Cycle. Avenatti says he has "credible" corroborated evidence and that he doesn't traffic in rumor or nonsense. The details, when released, do not paint a pretty picture. Some of this stuff would make a Sailor blush -- and some of this stuff is a Felony with no Statute of Limitations.
Brett and Ashley Kavanaugh were interviewed earlier on Fox News and appear to be a loving couple with very high moral standards.
Somebody here is lying like hell.

Tuesday Sept 25, 2018 -- President Trump is at the United Nations General Assembly today. He looks very presidential. Then he starts speachifying, and he gets a few laughs (none of which were intentional). The German delegation used their word for it -- don't wait for a translation. His message is, of course, America First, which always plays in Peoria but perhaps not so much in a gathering of Globalists from every nation on Earth. When World Leaders are snickering at your boasts, it's not a good look.

Wednesday Sept 26, 2018 -- The Senate Republicans announce a secret Interrogator is going to question Doctor Ford on Thursday. Their secret soon leaks out and the Sex Crimes Bureau Chief of Maricopa County is winging her way to Washington DC. She must have Sheriff Joe's stamp of approval to get this gig. If it had been Ford that was accused of a crime, she wouldn't stand a chance under the withering gaze of an experienced Prosecutor.
Late Wednesday, another Accuser surfaces....is this number 3 or 4 or 5 ?? It's difficult to keep up with these tales of drunkeness and aggressive sexual behavior towards women. Perhaps Roman Numerals would help, like for the Super Bowl or Wrestlemania.
One of these latest accusations is said to have taken place in 1998 while Brett was working hard to impeach Bubba Clinton and thinking up all those nasty questions to ask him Under Oath. it's a dirty job and someone has to do it.
Then in the wee morning hours, 2 men tell the New York Post that it was they that attacked Dr Ford, not Brett. This anonymous confession of sins is met with the same skepticism as most of the other political news in the Post. It's uber shiza.

Thursday Sept 27, 2018 -- A Nation turns it's eyes towards the Senate Judiciary Conflagration Hearings for today's story hour.
Doctor Ford gives her testimony for over 2 hours, much of it is very compelling. The Republican hired henchwoman turns out to be as kindly as a school librarian. Yes there are some gaps in the timeline, but the real takeaway here is that there was a life-altering attack on a 15 year old girl and the victim ays she is 100% sure who the attacker was, and who was also with them in that room.
Now it's Kavanaugh's turn to sit in front of the Senators. His gaze is steady and his answers are an emphatic "No" to all accusations.

At the end of the day, you couldn't tell exactly where the truth lies. The Best Actor Awards went to Brett and Christine. Lindsey Graham walked away with the Best Supporting Actor and also the inside track on the soon to be vacant Attorney General post. Best Supporting Actress Award goes to the women who stopped Jeff Flake's elevator. The Special Effects Award went to the Democrats for all the Smoke & Mirrors. The big loser here was Chuck Grassley. Two-Buck Chuck has to go home to Iowa and tell the Farmers why is Judiciary Committee ran at it's best when he got out of the way.

Friday Sept 28, 2018 -- A key Vote by the Judiciary Committee at 10am. It is informative to onsider that Mitch McConnell would not even bring the Democratic Supreme Court Nominee Merrick Garland to a vote for over a year. Today he won't wait a week to hear corroborating testimony from several sources. Why so Super-Fast Mitch ??

Now, if you really want to see how the 2 party system was conceived to function, just watch as Jeff Flake (R-AZ) taps Chris Coons (D-DE) on the shoulder and walks out the back of the Chamber. A bi-partisan solution, something not seen in DC in quite a long time.
So we slow down just a little. I'd really like to hear what Mark Judge has to say, now that we see he's also a published in his field "Tales of a Gen X Drunk" about High School Hi-jinks with his pal "Bart O'Kavanaugh" hey wait a minute....that name sounds familiar......I think I see what he's doing here !!

While the FBI performs Due Diligence, the Judiciary Senators should consider ways to make these Supreme Court Nominations less politicized.
They could start by changing the "Lifetime" aspect of this. A Lifetime Appointment meant something quite different in 1790 than it does today.
How about a 20 year appointment, with one rolling retirement during each Presidential Term -- a 2 term Prez would get 2 SC Nominees. The Confirmation Process could take the necessary time to make sure the nominee is clean as a whistle. The 20 year term would allow each Justice to participate fully. Most Nominees are around 50 by the time they have the gravitas to serve on the High Court, 20 years would set them up for a cushy Retirement, or a Consulting Gig or maybe even a Book Tour.

I've had good positive feedback on my other "Contemporaneous Notes" postings these past few weeks. I hate to see this week's Notes buried on Page 2 behind a bunch of threads questioning the validity of the charges.
This here is some pretty good writin' ---
