In this entire situation I wonder if they are both right. Maybe he did assault her, but was so drunk he doesn't remember. Hopefully it can be resolved one way or the other.
I don't doubt that she was assaulted at some point in her life. I also don't doubt that she has gone to counseling off and on her whole life. What she has not proven at ALL to me is that her emotional damage is due to Kavanaugh.

Anyone remember that thread? That one was the cause of many popcorn sales, I bet.
I can’t take it anymore - classic.

One of his female Yale classmates says that he exposed himself to her and she has witnesses. Guess we have to see how that plays out.

The only ones I’ve seen that long were in the music and celebrity forums, but those took years to get that long! I’m glad you made a new thread. Thank you!

Is Kavanaugh showing "dry drunk" syndrome? From the Recovery Village:
  • Resentment toward whoever made them stop drinking.
  • Frustration and anger when they realize they can’t have a “normal” drinking life.
  • Regret that they may not have lived to their full potential because of their drinking.
  • Trouble accepting and taking responsibility for any inappropriate behavior they engaged in while they were drinking.
  • Anxiety and the fear of failure in recovery.
  • Jealousy of friends and family members who don’t struggle with addiction.
  • Nostalgia for their drinking days, which they may romanticize.
He was excessively belligerent and excessively weepy during his testimony.

You have to get to the end to read the truth, as is usual with the MSM:

That's it. That is the limit that useless sites like Vox and MSM outlets are using to claim that the WH is "limiting" the investigation. Something that we already knew because Trump already stated, last week, that it was ONLY for allegations already on the table. They know the left would come out with more BS if they didn't put that on there, and you and all the other lefties know it, as well.
I guess it's articles like these that keep me suspicious of Trump and tight controls on the investigation.

Nope, MDMA started hittting the clubs scenes in the early 80's and was outlawed around 1985 because of it's popularity.

It was legal until 1985 and even today is a very popular club / party drug. The people I've known who used it heavily will admit to it screwing with their long term memory.

"Dry drunk" is something people in recovery experience. Doesn't Brett still drink? He said bunches of times that he loves beer.
