I'm stating the obvious, but apparently it needs to be said. Judges who commit perjury should not be appointed to the Supreme Court.
Oh, come on, even the Democratic senators making the media rounds aren’t claiming he committed perjury. If that were the case don’t you think that would be every other sentence out of Schumer’s mouth?

Kavanaugh will have to recuse from most cases because of his already admitted bias!! He could be impeached for failing to recuse. Thus your guy might be useless to you. How does Kavanaugh make any ruling when more liberal liberals are involved, or if Clinton supporters are involved?
How does Kavanaugh Not recuse for thousands of cases, the fool literally went on a rant attacking democrats and liberals. His bias is now a matter of public record.
It's HIS choice to recuse. No one would make him do it.

This White House administration is refusing to release documents related to Kavanaugh that were from the Bush Administration. It is concerning that there is something in there they don't want folks to talk about.

A pair of GOP senators who had been on the fence about Brett Kavanaugh indicated Thursday they were satisfied with the FBI’s updated background check on the Supreme Court nominee — an apparent signal of support of his confirmation.
“We’ve seen no additional corroborating information,” Arizona Sen. Jeff Flake, referring to the allegations of sexual misconduct lodged against President Trump’s nominee by a California college professor and former classmate at Yale.
Kavanaugh has vigorously denied the accusations.
Maine Sen. Susan Collins, another Republican who like Flake has not announced a position, said “it appears to be a very thorough investigation,” refuting claims by Democrats that it was a rush job micromanaged by the White House.

I'll note the FBI did not talk with Kavanaugh's former room-mate and others who've said Kavanaugh lied under oath to Congress. I guess CONservatives only care about lies under oath if they come from a Democrat.
they are already talking about impeaching Kavanaugh. They don't care about the law - only themselves and their globalist agenda.

You guys love to pretend liberals are extremists, but the reality is quite different. Liberals are pushing hard to BLOCK a man with a poor TEMPERAMENT EXTREME political bias from breaking the US SCOTUS.
The whole point of a supreme court to be above reproach, Kavanaugh breaks that.
