The Feminist Left loves Ronan Farrow. Looks like his head will be on their chopping block next.

No one remembers the incident. Farrow spoke to five former classmates who should have been able to corroborate Ramirez’s claim, and all five, including Ramirez’s best friend at the time, say they do not remember it. More than one says they do not believe Brett Kavanaugh would have ever done such a thing.

I'm sorry, but the writing is literally all over the wall on this one. If you can't see that this was set up and used as a backup plan to stop Kavanaugh, then you are willfully trying not to see it. Which would mean you are also ignoring the fact that these Democrats don't give a damn about Dr. Ford or her claim. They have used this for political purposes, nothing more. Once this is over, she will be forgotten. And hey, maybe if Kavanaugh isn't confirmed, the Democrats will get something to really scream about. Have fun dealing with Amy Coney Barrett.
How did they find Ms Ford.?
And how long do you think they have been plotting this hit?

Kavenaugh apologized once again within one week for his beligerance. Typical abuser. Excuses his abuse of others by blaming them for it s occurance.
How many times will he reverse himself while on the SCourt? After he s ruined many many lives by his uncontrollable bias and corruption ?

He is a perverse choice for the highest court in the land. No brainer Trump picked him...will help him with democrat lawsuit over Emoluments, will help him when Mueller indictments come out, will help expand the Presidential Power of the Pardon to include State Crimes so Trump can pardon HimSELF and the whole Trump Clan for federal tax evasion, campaign finance issues,..
He s a gem alright.
But not for you and me.

The rest of us can view this charade as it is and see zero evidence of wrongdoing and, in fact, contrary witness statements. Plus, Ford has lied about many things already like flying and training people to beat polygraph tests.
Agree there is zero evidence of wrongdoing other than Ford's testimony (which should not in this situation stand on its own) but I really do not *get* the Ford lying accusations, at times, finding them farfetched - particularly if also asked to accept the "plot" theory.

Got curious enough to looking into flying-gate. It's hard to find. In her questioning, Mitchell referenced some press article where Ford was said to have a fear of flying, saying that's why she would not submit to an interview. At which point it was Mitchell who dwelled on the point with Ford saying she disliked flying and that it took gumption for her to get on the plane but that, yes, she flew.

So what was the original press article? Found one by Politico that said:
The GOP has been told [according to an unnamed Republican senator], that Ford does not want to fly from her California home to Washington, according to the Republican senator, which means she may need to drive across the country [this is written as if it's the reporter's supposition]. Ford has reportedly told friends she is uncomfortable in confined spaces, indicating a physical difficulty in making the trip by plane.

There were all sorts of negotiations going on at that time between Katz etc. and the Senate Judiciary involving a number of issues. What Ford wrote to Grassley was that she was relying on her attorneys and Grassley to find a "fair setting" that won’t disrupt families and become a media TV show.

No mention of flying, although I do not doubt that Ford at some point mentioned her dislike to someone who threw that into the negotiating stew. Certainly she concurred when Mitchell brought it up. It IS odd that if it were a major point between Ford and the Committee that Mitchell had to rely on a press article.

But maybe's there more ... regardless, if this were a Ford-plot with Ford a liar why in the world get flying into it in the first place? She should have been frothing at the mouth to get that air time NOT making it more difficult.

People are going to believe what they are going to believe. Interesting, though, how "facts" are molded to that belief set.

Facts are hard to come by in this matter, for sure, no disagreement ... on to the vote ... on Monday, if not Saturday?

Dems...That is no an investigation, it is a sham investigation.

BTW, if McConnel doesn't have the votes to confirm because senators are not impressed by this sham of an investigation, don't blame the democrats for the delay.
And that is why the SJC said no longer than a week and only for current accusations, not new ones, because we all know the little games that the Dems would have played with that had those 2 terms, (and ONLY those 2 terms) not been stated. If they were truly interested in reaching the truth, a police report would have been filed. After all this time, all these weeks - that hasn't been done. Now why on earth would that be?

The obnoxious little twits are not going to get to drag this out until they have power again - get over it.

If you are referring to child abuse by pedophile priests and domestic abuse between adult partners, well... our society has become more aware of the existence of sexual abuse in the last few decades. When I was a child, my parents never warned my sisters or myself about the dangers of sexual predators. But now, every parent teaches their children to not let others touch them in their private parts.

So therefore, this Ford situation is a great teaching moment for all of our society. No young person or adult should tolerate unwanted physical sexual advances. And boys should be taught by BOTH parents the appropriate ways to approach a girl or woman romantically. AND... the girls need to be taught by their parents how to say no, also to not get into a situation where they might be vulnerable to physical attack, and also... taught not to lead a boy or man on. Flirting should be saved for someone they know well and to only flirt with a person they are interested in dating. Flirting should never be used as a means to manipulate a boy or man into doing some favour for her.

Lastly, all children should be taught that if someone has behaved inappropriately towards them, they need to tell their parents or a trusted adult immediately and deal with the situation in a way that the perpetrator learns not to repeat that action and is punished appropriately.

Julie Swetnick worked for one of the companies run by Dr. Ford's father for 12 years.

Coincidence??????
Well is all this how her whole internet presence has been scrubbed? Those are some snazzy connections. She’s better connected than Kavanaugh.

You mean the Democrats used dirty Republican tactics, like questioning Obama's birth certificate or refusing to do their Constitutional duty and give Garland a hearing?

Even if this was a political hit, Kavanaugh disqualified himself with his belligerent attitude and multiple lies under oath. The Democrats didn't do that, he did that all by himself. Even Justice Stevens agrees, this guy does not belong on the court.

The typical liberal/dem posters are bashing Kavanaugh. No surprise there.

For all those who have forgotten:

"I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."
