It was a fact-finding hearing with consequences. Feinstein will find out her consequence after lawyering up Ford, which is against Committee rules. The FBI will be looking into that. And also how her attorneys failed to mention that the Judiciary Committee was willing to meet with her in California.

Still, I believe Ford willingly played along with this charade. I believe she willingly wanted to work with the Democrats on this fiasco.

It's because she is not a credible witness and appears to be off her rocker.

Swetnick's allegations are absurd AND she is far from reliable looking at her past record. Even CNN, WAPO and NYT's stopped reporting on this fraud. If there was smoke there, trust me, the Dems would be pushing for her story to be heard. The silence should prove to you that nobody is taking her allegations seriously. Avenatti was basically torn apart in both CNN appearances I saw.

Why are people not posting links with their accusations?

Oh look yet another low information trumpist. No that is not what the polls said. The national polls were accurate.

Can someone explain to everyone, why we now have slander, libel & defamation laws and what happened prior to those laws being legislated.

Last time someone believed a woman without a doubt, no questions asked, Black men were swinging from trees.
Before that, women were burned and drown, no reasonable questions asked to defend themselves.
Neither of them armed.

Even Donald Trump admitted she was a credible witness.

I guess he's off his rocker, too?

Default Even Deuteronomy gets it!

I gonna lay some Deuteronomy on ya'll:

from 19:15-19 King James Version (KJV):

15 One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth: at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established.

16 If a false witness rise up against any man to testify against him that which is wrong;

17 Then both the men, between whom the controversy is, shall stand before the Lord, before the priests and the judges, which shall be in those days;

18 And the judges shall make diligent inquisition: and, behold, if the witness be a false witness, and hath testified falsely against his brother;

19 Then shall ye do unto him, as he had thought to have done unto his brother: so shalt thou put the evil away from among you.

Disclosure: I am Agnostic!

Let him bring those charges against her--in a real court room where witnesses on her side cannot be prevented from testifying. I'd love to watch the parade of Brett's old classmates get on the stand and tell all the stories they know about his drinking and bad behavior.

Which is exactly why Kavanaugh will never pursue such charges.
