Why not start with the Constitution? But, yes, honesty matters. The further FBI background check into Kavanaugh, ordered and limited by the Senate Judiciary Committee itself ("current credible allegations" - emphasis on CREDIBLE), has not revealed any dishonesty on Kavanaugh's behalf. 7 FBI background checks, now. Kavanaugh has sailed right through them all.
