They were likely making a pop cultural reference, especially likely since they said "what a hoot".

How do you figure?

Trump is constantly asking/begging Congress to do its job (draft and pass legislation), per the Constitution. This is in stark contrast to 0bama, who wanted to bypass Congress and make law with his phone and his pen.

Really, can you give us a concrete example of how Trump disrespects or dismisses or otherwise violates the Constitution?

It's a hat like the Stars and Bars is a flag.

What did the white slavers wear in Africa? Pith helmets.

Just more evidence that liberal media will have go into overdrive over anything to question the brilliance of the President.

Liberals are so jealous that President Trump is an absolutely brilliant communicator that always has a hero's welcome at any event he attends.

The liberal media has such a double standard. It is okay for them to go into an absolute frenzy just because a piece of paper was attached to his shoe but they acted like people who mentioned Hillary's coughing fits were disgraceful.

Wonder if Democrats are going to claim President Trump is unfit for office because a piece of paper was stuck to his shoe for a short period of time.

Many times people walk on a sticky surface and then something attaches to the shoe.

Liberal media rather than focusing on the hundreds of failing Democratic cities all across America has decided to focus on a piece of paper stuck to President Trump.

Glad we have a President and Commander of Chief that has the worst thing the liberal media can focus on his a piece of paper attached to his shoe when he was getting on a plane.
Thank you for the laugh. Sarcasm is sometimes the only way to deal, right. Again, thanks for the laugh.

This is sarcasm, right?
