Why do guys think this subject is all new? Today it has just come to a tipping point as truth is finally being revealed for what it is. Some men seek revenge, raise their anger and close their minds (but not their zippers). Their reaction is what women are fighting against. The more men fight against women the harder it's going to get for them.
I am swinging away from being a victim to being antagonistic on this issue. Guys if you think things are hard for you now just watch out. It's going to get worse until we get what we want - equal dignity. Women are rising up against you and your political corruption. Left or right you are on our radar.
^^
1. There you have it, folks. Someone, who's obviously not a parent, thinks that only Phyllis Schlafly (who's dead, BTW) would be outraged by a group of girls coordinating a smear campaign against a 17-year-old-kid, admitting the charges were false, then having the school give them a pass.
2. Either that, or you didn't bother to read the article, or you'd have read what the vipers did. In addition to alleging multiple sexual assaults online and at school, they furtively put a "Predator" sign on his back. And oh, yeah, the kid was hauled out of class in shackles, spent time in juvenile detention, and spent almost a month at court-ordered home detention. Because mean girls didn't like the way he talked. So much for this young man becoming a SC justice.
3. It does, indeed, take all kinds.
4. Forget ever commenting on "bullying" or sexual assault with ANY credibility. You've lost it.
Wow - that is just horrible despite the blurb posted on the front page: "“We do not have the ability to determine whether any accused party is guilty or innocent of the accused acts, so take all names listed with a grain of salt,†which we know few believe because it just has to be true if posted.
This whole thing - #metoo - just like BLM - had a legit purpose when they originally started that has morphed into a hate campaign. Guys are who have to be scared that they don't look at someone funny for fear of accusations being made.
Rape is real - but with the likes of shows like SVU which has been on now which has been on 19 years - there is no reason for women with legitimate cases to not report it. What we have seen thru the years are the growth of false accusations which have ruined the lives of many men.

The more men fight against false accusations the worse it will get for them? You sound full of hate.
Right now, I think many of them may be learning to be afraid.
And many more are learning that they don't have to be victims. The millions of women who took to the streets to object to an admitted sexual predator in the White House have provided a great example to young women of what standing up, and standing together, can accomplish. I hope that message carries forward now. Women have been second class citizens for long enough. A few isolated cases here and there cannot block out centuries of history of women being told to suck it up because it's a man's world and they have no power.
That remark is powerful and empty at the same time.
No, it is not empty.
Look, I think what those girls did was horrible. I think any injustice is horrible.
The thing is, there seems to be this growing movement afoot to assume that most girls and women lie about their experiences. Just look at some of the threads on here recently. Some of them seem to be saying that most claims of rape or other sexual assault are false, and yes, that is scary. It's terrifying.
Maybe you're right, but don't think our girls aren't learning from what they're seeing on TV and their smartphones.
Must be just learning new mean girl tricks. IMO every class has a group of mean girls. Sometimes the group is large. When I was a teen, the mean girls would downtown shopping on Saturdays. We didn't need charge cards, we'd just tell the clerk to charge it to my daddy. They thought it was fun to buy a bunch of clothes and charge it to somebody else. Nobody was ever arrested for fraud or theft.
