Are you saying liberals are...lying?
If there had not been a video it would have been another freebie murder and you would take these liars words as the truth.

3 cheers for body cams.

Important to consider though which cities have resisted and delayed implementation the most.

Large, urban, police forces with strong unions.

But what do you expect in a city where Rahm Emanuels entire administration got off scott free for efforts covering up this murder.

What cases are there, where no video exists, where officers said one thing and were accused of saying otherwise and were convicted and sent to prison?

You know as well as I do, if there had been no video, there never would have even been a trial.
Just a paid vacation after murdering someone.

From the killing of Daniel Shaver to Tamir Rice caught on video show otherwise.
The cops in those cases were rightfully exonerated. Don’t point guns at people from hotel windows after a masss shooting or at random people in a park and you will greatly reduce your chances of being shot by police.

Except he was not shot for pointing a pest control bb gun out the window.
He was shot because he failed at playing Simon says by some trigger happy cops.

The loud mouth playing Simon says left the country.

Also, you have a to be a Grade A retard to pull up next to a person suspected of carrying a gun and would have been worthy of a DARWIN AWARD if it was so.

Wrong. Cops have gone to jail long before body cams, when acting out of line. Like any crime, no one should expect 100% of the guilty to be caught.

There were witnesses involved in many of those cases, witnesses that are still alive.

In this case, the victim is dead. Dead Men tell no Tales.
With no video, who is the public going to believe, a group of police officers that cover each other with lies or accusations by protesters?

The police would publicize that this was a person with a criminal history out terrorizing the population and swiping at people with his machete and has no credibility.

A taser IMO would have worked well in this instance.
Taser or as others pointed out, a police dog would have been more than sufficient. Hell, get back in the car and pull in front of him to stop him. If they were so fearful of his knife it would have been the safest place for them anyway.

For a rape or other criminal acts, but as far as killing innocent people, the law is tilted in favor of cops and the code of silence means they've seldom been convicted.

The officer who shot Tamir Rice was just hired by the department in Bellaire, OH. These guys are like priests - those in charge either turn a blind eye, or they fire them and when things die down someone else picks them up.
