I suppose we could see how the conservative SCOTUS upholds the constitution if this issue gets to them. You know, this part of the constitution:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Stop and Frisk is a great idea, and at the same time they can check for citizenship. Load the buses. Illegals are draining our Tax dollars in the Billions. Time to send them home.

Later on, of course, they were exterminated.
We see this now where I have seen many, on some forums, say, we need to kill off the homeless and poor.
They are a blight on the landscape and we need a final solution for them.
When asked what should we do about the homeless?
1) The Communist says we should house them.
2) The Capitalist says we should do nothing, you do not work, you do not eat.
3) The Statist says we should kill them.
The homeless in California are following the capitalist recommendation but there are Statists that think we should just kill them off.
This is what you get when you have a culture that says that you aren't a "real American" unless you are white, heterosexual, conservative, and the right kind of Christian. Unfortunately that's where we are. People who aren't white, heterosexual, and Christian don't have constitutional rights because we aren't even real Americans.
I get your frustration, but as a white, female, heterosexual, right kind of Christian, I am supposed to feel guilty about it? That’s not fair to me either.
Way back in the 1960s, my firstborn enjoyed watching Sesame St. By the time my last child was watching it, it was not relatable, because my kids weren’t urban, black, Hispanic, and had a male and female parent.
If you are feeling disenfranchised, then don’t think your particular culture is the only one that feels that way.
