One city in Canada. Meanwhile don't trick or treat in the State of Virginia or the city of Belleville Illinois either.

Maybe they should start doing Tricks instead of getting Treats. That will fix them. RCMP will be up in arms! lol!

Any indication that the voters of these towns are upset? I didn’t find any.

I think it’s weird, but surely these towns have the right to pass these ordinances if they want. After all, there’s nothing new about curfews for minors or loitering. Whether you or I like them or not.

Voters are sheep for the most part and certainly shouldn't be used as a barometer for rights.

That’s a very strange statement. So you’re saying that voters shouldn’t have the right to set curfews because they’re too dumb - or what, exactly?

The law you linked was written in 1970 and is doubtful enforced.

I know, more "mansplaining".

Yes, I did notice that the Virginia ordinances are that old. Amazingly, none of them have wound up in the Supreme Court yet, even though several people here seem to think ithe situation is a serious infringement of their civil rights. Go figure.

Also, apparently they are actively enforced in at least one place. Why do you think that they’re not?

You set a curfew within your own home. What's odd is you wanting someone else or a collective of someone else's to do it for you.
Do you also need someone to tell what time to wake up, eat lunch, go to bed?
