On this forum, many people do not consider offensive slurs or attitudes towards people of color as being hateful or ill intent. Indeed, if such topics are brought up, the usual sentiment is to grow up snowflake, stop being so P.C., why focus so much on race, yada yada yada.
Howevah, if hateful speech is directed towards certain 'groups' (cough, conservative white males, cough, Trump supporters, cough, gun owners, cough cough), the very same forum members then scream and moan and whine about how 'hateful' America and loony liberals are towards them, punish these people, yada yada yada.
Of course there is -there is only debate on what can be regarded as hate speech, not whether or not, it exists.
Nope. Fake invented word that has no meaning. It means "things I don't like".
That's why its fake. Its just speech.

If someone finds something offensive, that's their prerogative. It doesn't create some defacto EMOTION in the mind of the speaker, just because some leftist idiot doesn't LIKE it.
Hate is an EMOTION. It is not a part of speech.
Is there "love" speech? How about "sad" speech?
