first, it will be going to charles harder, not trump.
second, the legal fees are only for the defamation aspect of the case, not the general case. it's unlikely that the amount will be that substantial.
finally, daniels will be seeking legal fees against trump in the general suit. since trump's legal team is no longer contesting daniels' original claim that the settlement agreement is invalid i think there's a good chance she will be awarded legal fees.
