I'm a conservative who supports low taxes but I donate a lot of my own money to causes like church food banks, Christian organizations, etc.

But let's say liberals are even given a choice in their tax returns where they can donate specifically to help illegal aliens, or a fund just for Planned Parenthood or to just fund abortion. Would they donate?

Probably not. Like the old saying goes, liberals are generous with OTHER people's money!
I already pay more taxes than most of the conservatives who ***** about paying too much in taxes, so I'm good over here, slick.

Liberal hypocrisy allows them to take any position that benefits them, yet still be able to preach to others to act the opposite.

It is easy to be conspicuously 'compassionate' if others are being forced to pay the cost.

Yep every keyboard hero is a millionaire. Maybe you are, but if you are you should be angry at the waste both parties wallow in.

Really? "I'm a conservative who supports low taxes but I donate a lot of my own money to causes like church food banks, Christian organizations, etc." You don't take deductions for these donations? I'm a liberal who also donates to organizations like you mention. If you aren't taking the deductions (when available) then you're a fool. Thing is ALL of us, whether we're conservative/liberal/moderate/Democrat/Republican pay taxes for various things that we might or might not agree with. Personally I like roads, drinking water, schools... . Not much of a fan of war, giving tax money to multi-billion dollar companies so that they'll move into my city. Don't get me wrong, I like when they do, just not a fan of my tax dollars luring them when they have enough on their own to go wherever they'd like.

Red states get more from the Treasury than blue states to.

Maybe trump and Republican voters need to pitch in now and pay off the trillion dollar deficits they just created

Why don't liberals volunteer to fund "free stuff" for illegals?

There's another old saying that goes: Baseless allegations unsupported by facts are just that, baseless allegations.

Any discussions that devolve into Red State/Blue State arguments is a waste of time, because it ignores there are millions of blues in a red state and vice versa.
