YOu are worried about a few 100,000 illegal entering the US? How about the 75 million tourists? None receive any medical check and could have almost anything.
Yeah, foreign tourists who can afford to take vacations in United States, have to apply & qualify for VWP or B1/B2 tourist visas through US Consulate

That has been happening for years. How could these migrants, who have just arrived at the border, infected children all over the country? Respiratory illnesses are a common occurrence. That's why the winter is called "cold and flu season." That has been the case as long as I can remember, and I am middle-aged. Children have been getting head lice just as long.
It must be terrible to live in such a state of paralyzing fear all the time. Do you ever leave your house? Do you suit up in surgical gear to go to the grocery store? You're at more risk from a shopping cart than you are from migrants in Tijuana. Good grief.
I am sure you would accept the ones with tuberculosis with open arms into your house.
You might be shocked and horrified to find out that some Americans also have tuberculosis. And travelers from countries with high levels of tuberculosis can carry it in. Luckily, it's not easily spread; you won't catch it walking past someone with TB or sitting next to them on the bus.
Fox News forgot to mention Rabies, Green Monkey Disease, Leprosy, the Bubonic Plague and Ebola.
Take them into your country or keep quiet.
