hmm, If I remember it correctly, to export military services legally, a company is required to receive a license from the State Department’s Export Control Office subject to the International Transfer in Arms Regulations. If the company did it legally, I don't see the problem of it.
This said, somebody will do anything for a paycheck. Not up to me to judge.
I know several former MARSOC, Marine force Recons, 1 Navy SEAL, and 2 Army rangers. This is not something they are interested in doing. They'd rather serve, move on, and relax in the civilian world now.
