The packages for Hillary and Obama were intercepted so those had to go through some sort of mailing facility.
I believe Soros's bomb was hand delivered too. He has video as well of the person who delivered it. Which should surprise no one. Even I have security cameras all over the place. These folks probably have 4K ones! Mine are good quality 1080's. And I can VERY clearly identify folks in them.
The person who delivered it was probably not the bomber.
Potential is the wording used always when reporting stories about such devices till after they've been determined explosive or not. You can't know if their explosive until the package has been determined to be so by those who examine said devices.
As far as people saying the devices didn't explode, well of course they didn't they weren't opened they don't get passed off to the intended parties till after they've gone through a screening process that doesn't require them to be opened but can reveal a dangerous device. Unopened package no KABOOM! Duh.

Wasn't USPS/post office unless they so conveniently happened to all on the same day(s) to turn a blind eye... That's fact. You can't ship anything explosive through the post office.
Only FedEx and UPS can you ship explosives. Be it black powder, fireworks, ammo, etc.
