The effect of Trumps tariffs remain to be seen. There will be winners and losers.
Sure the unemployment declined about a percent and corporate profits are up, who knew that if you gave corporations a tax break of around 15% they could increase their bottom line. Point to one program that Trump as put in place besides the tax cuts that has spurred the economy, just one.

Trump may have to back off on tariffs. It is OK to mess with midwest farmers, but he is not going to get a pass from New York investment bankers.

Jobs, not mobs

What goes up, must come down.

That phrase just may apply to a lot more than just the stock-market, an all around deep and sustained correction may be near.

I don't doubt that financial-things could stabilize, and then start going back up.....but eventually gravity is going to rear its head.

That's got to be the dumbest statements of the day.

The stock market went gangbuster with a Democratic in the White House. The market fears Trump.

Exactly! Now, you're getting it. Since Trump didn't do anything but tariff and tax cut for the rich, he is going to be judged on what he did, not what Obama did. Fair?

Although, Trump seems to be on track for a great job at ruining Obama's good work.

OP, are you mad because you thought the market only goes up?
So all the market growth Trump and you guys have been crowing about for the past year has been BS, and you now disavow it?

Which way is it? Pick a story line.

Stock market goes up.. "OH MY GOD, TRUMP IS A GENIUS!!!"

Stock market goes down.. "Well, it's all that Obama era bubble. We never believed in any of this."

This thread is a good example of how conservatives lack IQ to keep a story straight.
