It's actually a bunch of Democrats who happen to be Jewish. Trump needs to go and pay his respects. People weren't vocal about Obama going to Dallas after their shooting. Maybe people are just nicer in Dallas than they are in Pittsburgh, I dunno. Anyway, I think most of us expect presidents to go.

You must have missed Trump's presidential declaration the other day:
"We cannot let tragedies change our schedules."
Yeah--that's the kind of guy you want to bring condolences and solace? I think they'd prefer 'thoughts and prayers' rather than Trump's presence.
NPR ran this very story on the way in to work today and basically said it was progressive groups opposing Trumps visit.
In short, with the midterms looming, the opposition is trying to pin this entirely on Trump and politicize the tragedy.

Now there are hundreds of protestors marching in Pittsburgh because they hold him and his inflammatory rhetoric responsible for inspiring the events of this past week. Why is this so difficult to digest?
