So, if local police or city council members or State legislators want to interfere, fine, they'll be arrested. The deputies will seize any property where illegals are. If illegals run into a church, the deputies follow in pursuit, arrest the illegals and seize the church, which will be auctioned off to the highest bidder and that money used to pay the deputies their bounties. Set up military tribunals in all 50 States, and that's your Due Process. After their hearing before the tribunal, which will only last 5 or 10 minutes, illegals are taken to the nearest airbase and put on C-130s or C-141s for transport to another country, or the government will have private charted flights to take them out. All give a DNA sample so that neither they, nor their children, nor grandchildren nor any DNA relative can enter the US for the next 77 years. And all their personal property is seized. Any American stupid enough to interfere can spend a minimum mandatory 5 years in prison, be fined $1 Million and have their property and assets seized.

Sorry to break your heart but Tyson, Perdue, Swift, Armor, Cargill, Con Agra and others wouldn't stand for it and they are the shot callers here. Does not work unless you are mostly seizing cash. And easily defeated by low equity ownership.
The entire idea is absurd. The entire real estate industry will beat to death any attempt to make the qualifications of renters or mortgagers subject to any penalty from the client.
And there is very little likelihood of an eVerify with teeth short of a national ID card. And that will do little to reign in the black market.

Being in the US without proper authorization is not a crime, it is a civil violation. Illegally entering the US is a misdemeanor, and presence in the US does not by itself prove illegal entry. Illegally returning to the US after deportation is a felony. So for your grand plan to work you would have to ascertain which people had actually committed a felony, arrest them and try them for that charge and if guilty I suppose you could do some kind of asset forfeiture which might get you a phone and a package of tortillas. These folks are not exactly rolling in dough.

We can make illegal entry a felony. As you said, illegal entry after prior deportation is alredy a felony. So even applying just that puts some harsh consequences to that group. Anything helps.
Bigger question is why, every single time someone suggests doing something that would penalize or discourage illegal immigration, you liberals immediately fight and argue against it? Do you have to *always* be on the side of illegal entrants?
