I asked for a link denoting what states in Mexico that the migrants in the caravan would be working in. Still waiting. As for Chiapas here's the map I was talking about and it's for year 2018. Chiapas is not one of the dangerous states of Mexico.
They were offered accommodation in Oaxaca and Chiapas, I offered details on Chiapas. Does this sound like a state that will accept them with open arms.
Most of the militia types I have met were loose canons.
What could go wrong?
Potentially a shootout with the Feds and the rest of the govt goon squad acting on their orders to (probably) let the people in. That is where the real fightin' words are going to be exchanged.
I prefer to be concerned with the criminals trying to illegally cross the border than to make criminals out of law abiding citizens of the USA, like the Democrats.

What do you mean? Who's refusing to accept them? Both Oaxaca and Chiapas are among the safest states in Mexico.
They didn't accept work permits in violent Mexican states so they are "shopping" around. You need to do more research on the states where they were offered accommodation, you know nothing about what was offered, Just making excuses, these families marching thousand of miles are asking too much.

YOU need to do more research on international criteria for eligibility for political asylum. I think you, like most sympathizers of this invasion, are an advocate of global socialism, you don't see Mexico's offer of asylum as legitimate because you feel that all the poor and oppressed people of the world deserve the same opportunities as Americans have. No matter how corrupted, polluted, ignorant, or culturally backwards their countries are nor their own contribution to it.

So when they do commit a crime the hysteria you seem to promote may become relevant.
Meanwhile hundreds of members of these militia groups have been patrolling the border for years at the request of private property owners with very few incidents relative to the number of crossers they discouraged. They have more experience working with border patrol than the military does, and many or most are ex military themselves so will know how to interact professionally with military forces.
Risky at best....it is their right to do this and your appraisal of the situation is your own opinion-your description of the President's actions as "bellicosity" revealing such bias its impossible to take that appraisal as arrived at objectively.
I wouldnt be surprised to find many of you WANT your predictions of doom to become reality, just another reason to hate on Trump.
Two years ago you people were assuring the world Trump would ruin America and despite your claims that he has or would, things have been running smoothly. No new wars, the economy continues an upswing.... no civil unrest though threats of same repeated by leftists.

My husband is both, and he knows the disruption it would cause if he randomly went showing up at places where military and law enforcement were trying to do their job, let alone show up armed.
