She has never claimed to be a Indian. She has claimed to be a descendant, which she has proven to be true with DNA. Thats not enough to make you exempt. In fact, native Americans are not exempt from federal income taxes at all. So you're kinda wrong in every way possible there.

I have more NATIVE AMERICAN DNA than she does. It's not PC to say Indian.
