The cattle aren't treated with hormones and antibiotics, all natural.
One bite from a ravenous bacteria/parasite infested hog spells disaster for a rancher and their herd. The only cattle that is treated with antibiotics and hormones are show cattle/livestock that leave the ranch.

Never mind injury sustained by cattle and horses from the craters they leave behind often requiring to be put down on site due to a leg fracture.

249? I'd be out there with an MG42/MG3 or M60. With 2 foot long inconel/titanium suppressors and wizard eyes to take whole groups of them out at night.

You and I, we get it. Try explaining the credibility of lawful use of machine guns to cosmopolitan/suburban/city America will conjure thoughts of some movie or the assumption of a Somalia type environment, followed with. Well you can't hunt with a machine gun!

Sure you can. We could prove it if allowed.
But you don't wear a badge or uniform. Are you suggesting we need a tax payer funded bureacracy to go in and do the job?
Nope. Just End The Hughes amendment. Us tax payers and land owners can handle it from there.

The lake I lived on in NY was ruined by Canadian geese after the cityiot transplants moved in and banned hunting on the lake via rezoning it a residential area.

I'd have made a belt fed 12 gauge and taken whole hordes of those territorial crap everywhere useless birds.
Instead, the lake turned green, their toy breed dogs got attacked, their kids ran around barefoot in their yards stepping in the goose crap getting parasites/infections, board of health DEC and ENCON placed signs to stay out of the water if you had a weak immune system, open cuts/sores/wounds, not to eat the fish from the lake, nor drink the water from the lake.
Same happened with deer.
Ended hunting friday-Sunday to appease the busy body scared of being confused for a deer as they jogged/biked along the side of a road in a neon spandex leotard.
Deer ravaged field corn for dairy farmers, ravaged orchards, and our car insurance went through the roof when the cityiots would smoke Bambi on their way up to their weekend/summer home, they can't drive, they go like a bat out of hell and wonder why they're smacking deer left and right.
That only became a problem when deer suffered wasting disorder and started venturing into their well groomed and lush weekend/summer home yard eating everything that can provide them nourishment.

They created the problems. Then tried to find scapegoats (local farmers) and tried problematic approaches (gathering mountain lions from Vermont to be released to thin the deer population which they didnt. Apex Predator gonna Apex Predator.)
Doubled down on the dumb and I left. I can only imagine what they're doing now there...
Quick call the cops there's a deer in the backyard! It's eating my garden and shrubs that I paid good money for!

Then I wonder how many got mauled by the mountain lions vs mistaken for deer.
I know for a fact there were 0 cases in that County for someone being mistaken for a deer from the time I left going back 40 50 60 years.

Don't get me started on the coyotes, skunks, gophers, and coons.

3 maybe 4 things ya'll willfully ignore and choose to instead focus on the implement.
DWI kills more than machine guns in civilians hands ever have.
Yet. No ban on alcohol nor ban on private ownership of an automobile
That makes for a lousy argument. We depend on cars, there is no similar justifiable use for guns, we don't need a gun to get to work, go shopping or transport goods. Drivers are tested and licensed, something the NRA won't even entertain the possibility of. We have federally mandated safety requirements for cars. While the number of DUI deaths might be higher than machine gun deaths, only about 1/3 of people own guns while some 90% of households own at least one car. So proportionately gun deaths are far higher than auto fatalities.

There are times we need guns to hunt or we don't eat. Still many poor rural people in my area.

I depend on my gun to be well maintained and in good working order. It is well regulated.
My fire extinguishers gets the same treatment.

You can drive your car, fly in a plane, take the bus, or ride the train. You don't need a car.
Same thing with a firearm. You can drive yourself, or all the police to come get you.

Who is "We"? You don't speak for me. I'm not a part of your "We". I dictate and determine what my needs are.

That makes for a lousy argument. Take a nap sleepy.

We still have the liberty in the USA to DIY everything. Including killing the varmints.
Some are not capable and must call the pest control as they watch it walk away.

Coyotes at least kept the feral cat populace down... but come deer season those scumbags would grab a buck you had strung up and dressed.
I used to bait them with gut piles and take them out and leave them where they laid.
I don't know what they do elsewhere. I do know they and foxes love chickens, grouse, pheasants, and Turkey.

Skunks yeah. Obvious reasons there.

We didn't have gophers, we had wood chucks. Woodchucks suck. I used to smoke them out of their hole. Dirty scumbags would make huge holes, eat any garden/vegetables, wreck porches sheds etc, and go after dogs.

Trash pandas weren't necessarily a major issue. The rabid ones of course. They were a scourge. I'll never forget one getting into a cityiots garage through a window they left cracked open and decided to turn that convertible Mercedes into their maternity ward oh man was that hilarious seeing the cityiot in their short shorts and tennis attire trying to convince the trash pandas to leave! The howling and screaming and carrying on.

The best part.
Excuse me, What do you do when you have raccoons?! Is there an exterminator or do you call animal control?!

Me? I grab my 22 or mini14 and shoot them.
You're serious!?!?

Did I stutter? Am I speaking Latin? Shoot them.

This dude I don't know what he was more apallaed by.
A bunch of raccoons nesting in the back seat of his drop top mercedes.
Or the fact we shoot nuisance vermin and it's perfectly acceptable.

Don't double down on a fallacious argument. You can't make the same case for guns as you can for cars, it simply doesn't work.

I doubt if you even believe that one. Most of the poor in rural areas get SSDI and food stamps, they probably eat better than I do

Yes you can.
Then again you fell hook line and sinker for only 1/3rd of America owning firearms mantra.

Nonsense. In rural Upstate NY they were told they made too much to qualify for food stamps. Alot of people fed their families with the game they took. If you are arguing they eat better due to natural game vs FDA processed and preserved meats. Then sure they do eat better than you in that regard.
