You all have no idea what the children of single mothers will do concerning relationships and birth control.
Do you have any idea how many women are raising children alone because the fathers, whether they were married or not, choose not to be present, involved parents in their children's life. Those numbers are much greater than the women who choose to have a child knowing there will never be paternal involvement.
Technically mothers dont need a man nor do fathers need a woman to raise their children. But most people would prefer to have a present, loving, active and supportive father/mother for their children.

Excuse me but I thought women today have said what they do with their bodies is their own business...so these single mothers don't really need a man, right? If a woman chooses to have sex and not be responsible to use birth control and then gets pregnant, she needs to take full responsibility. That's what being an independent modern woman is all about, isn't it? You can't have it both ways. Double standard as usual.
