What if the woman is hitting the man first? I have watched how women pushed and beat on a man with everyone watching and no one does nothing, but the second that man defends himself, he's a monster.
Just reported on Fox News. The creepy porn star lawyer arrested and they say the victim had swelling in the facial area. Its a felony charge so not some minor assault most likely.
He claimed to be working for women. I suppose he is when he isn't working them over.
I like this post. "This sort of thing isn't partisan." Followed by a sentence making it a partisan issue. And for the record, I've never witnessed anyone on these boards, Republican or Democrat, making excuses for a man who has been beating women.

Anyone who has been in a relationship knows that just because a woman says a certain thing happened, it might not necessary be the truth. You all were not so quick to believe Dr Ford, but you have already convicted Avanatti and have him doing time.

This guy is a creep but this seems like a stretch. His EX wife is jumping to his defense and he is coming out very strong saying he NEVER hit anybody.
But boy do the conservatives think this some how negates everything he has done to prove Trump paid a porn star to not talk about their one night stand.
It doesn't change that.

It doesn't erase it.
It still happened.
This does nothing to vindicate Trump, Cohen, etc.

But Avenatti isn't complaining about the 'guilty before innocent' debacle at all.
He is saying that he will be able to prove he is innocent in court. He seems to be ready and accepting of the process.
So this incident does nothing to change Avenatti's calls for a full investigation into Kavanaugh.
Avenatti seems to be anxious to clear his name. I want to be clear: I DID NOT commit domestic violence nor have I ever committed domestic violence. I did not strike any woman nor have I ever. I did not strike my ex-wife in the face nor did I hit anyone else in the face. I am a decent man & I look forward to being exonerated.
