They are all as rare as thunderbolts for poor rural families. When a kid shows talent, their family will often give them everything they have to get that kid going, and the gratitude is fully returned.

Gratitude for good fortune is a rare thing these days, but it still does exist.

Dollywood is another example of Parton investing in helping the people of her community, not only her family, in making a decent living.
