Already knew this was going to happen. It seemed like the new asylum rules actually were helping. Now our borders are going to be flooded with illegals AGAIN!!!

Trump's EO was illegal. US law says they can claim asylum anywhere. If you don't like that you change the law.

That is the current law, so it should not be a surprise come people still want to uphold it. The Congress writes laws, not the president. Someone tell that to Trump.

“I want a non-activist judge that will uphold the law... except when I don’t like the law in question!”

Oh please. I love how you guys say that congress writes immigration laws but when Obama took a pen and legislated DACA ILLEGALLY. Thats ok.

Then Trump ends DACA (an illegal EO ) and a judge says he cant? The hypocrisy BS level is off the charts.

DACA did not contradict the express requirements of an existing law.

What's going on is called Judicial Tyranny. It's unconstitutional and needs to be stopped.

DACA was legal, blocking asylum seekers is illegal. No court has found that DACA was illegal and it has been challenged so stop with this activist judge nonsense when you don't like the decision.

The legal issues around DACA are more murky than Trump's asylum EO which is clearly illegal. DACA is "deferred action" and goes to the issue of how much leeway the executive has in timely enforcing the law and prioritizing its actions? What Trump dictated was that the executive violate the letter of the law. Apples and bananas.
