I suppose automation might not result in many problems, if society can adapt easily enough.
I don't know much about economics, so I suppose the national debt might not be as large of a problem as I'm assuming it is.
Space debris and clean water access though...anyone who does five seconds of research into that knows those will, without question, become major issues in the future, and pollution and general environmental concerns are major issues as well, obviously...at least judging by the Texas-sized island of garbage floating through the ocean.
We need to be thinking in terms of the next century and a half or so. Many people, unfortunately, are off in some other dimension where nothing exists past fifty years from now.
Today, Liberal/Progressives (Democrats) want Globalism, Statism, Amnesty for Illegals (Open Borders) and equate patriotism, and putting America first as akin to what happened in Nazi Germany. They do this purposely to unfairly demonized nationalism so they can insert the Globalism to get things done here that are more similar to Europe. They can't do it without allowing more influence from international law, and entities like the United Nations.
The end game of anti U.S. nationalism is to get the liberal/progressive policies passed they haven't been able to yet get through like banning private citizens from owning firearms.

Trump and Jared owe big bucks to the Saudis. Trump has talked about it many times, how they buy condos from him. Jared's billion dollar boondoggle in Manhattan has been bailed out by the Saudi's.

A slight majority of Republicans want amnesty for illegals too, last I checked although it's less than for democrats.

Our trades only benefited the other countries.. Shouldn't it also benefit us? Just because a wall may be built on only 700 miles of the most porous areas of the border to protect us from illegal entry how does that equate to isolationism when we allow in 1 million legal immigrants a year and we will always have legal ports of entry?
Only those from known terrorist countries were banned from coming here but we still allow in all others. Again, how does that equate to isolating ourselves?
Have you bothered to find out the real reason that Trump didn't attend the Armistice Day ceremony other than assuming it was isolationism? Of course not as this incident and everything else you have mentioned is just leftist lies!

Nationalism, or putting America first is not the same thing as isolationism.
Just because globalism may be inevitable in many respects, doesn't mean that we have to jump into it face first without protecting ourselves.
Wanting better trade deals is a great example.

But it's a p**s poor way to do business as a country, especially if you just blindly accept crappy trade deals.
Guess what? Trump's tariffs and trade wars have cost us dearly. Farmers are now receiving bailouts from, you guessed it, us. Why? Because they can't sell their products to other countries. Why is that, you ask? Because Trump is fighting with the world, because "We are the best!" And now taxpayers are paying farmers not to sell their produce and livestock, so it sits on the farms and rots. That's what our tariffs are getting us. So much winning from Trump! MAGA!
