She has some screws loose due to her own conservative/factionist nature (and probably in great help from factionist religions). She only disagrees with things when she sees historically indoctrinated boogeymen (her "enemies") involved. As soon as Republicans find wiggle room to distance themselves strongly from white-supremacists, she will easily convert. Thanksgiving and Black Friday exploit anyone willing to be exploited.

That's really not as common anymore. More shopping on black friday is done online now. Those videos you see are not the norm.
Go buy a big Thanksgiving cornucopia display and put it prominently on your desk where everyone can see it. Go shopping on Black Friday and then come to work and talk about all the great deals you got, and how much money you saved.

It sounds like your coworker needs to be institutionalized. She needs help. Something that Trump has not done yet that really needs to be done is bringing back the mental institutions (insane asylums). With all this PC neurosis and TDS going around, these folks really need some help. I'd even be willing to support tax dollars going to this humanitarian cause.
