There are literally laws about this. Planned Parenthood does receive government funding but by law it cannot be used for abortion services.
Here's the deal. Your religion tells you life begins a conception and abortion and birth control are wrong. Fine. Don't get an abortion, don't use birth control.
Your religion isn't the basis for laws in this country. Every other person in this country isn't obligated to behave in a way that conforms to your personal religious beliefs .
