Meanwhile the clear and obvious criminal activity of the Clinton campaign - goes uninvestigated and unpunished.

I am so fed up with this entire situation. If they succeed in getting rid of Trump I am done with politics for good. No more voting, no nothing. Let the two establishment parties ruin the country on their own and without my votes.

Clearly, some are having trouble remembering what the Special Counsel investigation was about. That's unfortunate.

Perhaps going back and reading the letter appointing the Special Counsel would help.

It's also illegal to appoint a Special Counsel for anything, without naming the specific crime he is being appointed to investigate.

The Mueller appointment has been "an investigation in search of a crime" from Day 1.

Exactly the type the Special Counsel law was written to AVOID.

It's quoted above. And it names NO SPECIFIC CRIMES WHATSOEVER. A flat violation of the Special Counsel law.

The only thing that even comes close, is where it says Mueller can investigate anything he finds.

It is literally "an investigation in search of a crime".

Exactly what the Special Counsel law was written to AVOID.

I'll highlight a few things, but if you are having still trouble comprehending it, ask a colleague to read and explain it to you.

https://www.documentcloud.org/docume...r-special.html

"The Special Counsel is authorized to conduct the investigation confirmed by then-FBI Director James 8. Corney in testimony before the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence on March 20, 2017, including:

(i) any links and/or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of President Donald Trump; and

(ii) any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation; and

(iii) any other matters within the scope of 28 C.F.R. § 600.4(a).

(c) If the Special Counsel believes it is necessary and appropriate, the Special Counsel is authorized to prosecute federal crimes arising from the investigation of these matters."

The crime was a foreign adversary interfering in our election.

The Special Counsel investigation was to see there was any coordination with the Trump campaign.

That's what investigations are about. I you already have evidence of a crime, then you file indictments.

Which team Mueller has done.

You are the world's worst translator.

Mueller was appointed by a rogue 4th branch of government.
To keep a check on Trump, nothing else.
To have the prosecutorial powers Congress doesn't.
Totally UNCONSTITUTIONAL
It is the stuff, Stalin's USSR was all about.
Mao's China
Castro's Cuba.
Banana Republic's way of getting rid of the political opposition.
That's OK. December 5th, cannot get close enough.
