The Senate Judiciary Committee canceled votes on 21 of President Donald Trump’s judicial nominees scheduled for Thursday after outgoing Republican Sen. Jeff Flake of Arizona vowed to oppose them.
Flake, who is a member of the Judiciary Committee, pledged earlier this month that he would not support any nominees going forward until his bill shielding special counsel Robert Mueller from being removed by Trump or the attorney general received a full Senate vote.
Flake has 31 days left in office and they are expected to leave well early this year for the Christmas break. They will get back on this in January, with more votes in the Senate and without Jeff Flake.
Just living up to his name. FLAKE. No surprise...glad he is gone soon....good riddance. We expaned our senate majority so they will get through soon enough. Thank goodness him and those like him are less and less in the GOP...Corker is gone,Flake is gone,McCain is gone....
So a distilled, bootlicking Trumpian is left, not an independent body of government.

This is true. But at what cost to Flakes reputation?
Good for him. At least someone in the Senate has balls.
Flakes are the size of BBs
