According to liberals the Russians were responsible for Trump and Brexit (yes, I have heard them claim this) among other elections where anti-globalism won. Then they were warning that our midterms might be interfered with too, as we were still vulnerable. Then the Russians, for some reason, decided to take a nap on midterm election night.
Oddly, this is at least the second thread devoted to the naive notion that anyone has forgotten the investigation into Russian meddling in 2016. OP, you may be interested to find out there is still an ongoing investigation into this.

NOT according to Trump's OWN Defense Secretary. He says they DID try and mess in the elections:
"Mattis reveals Russian government attempted to interfere in U.S. midterm elections..."
I don't think they cared who won, just as long a a divide was established. Trump was the dumb one and they scored. All that matters is that the country is divided..
