Hilarious listening to LeftNuts talking about someone always suing when that's exactly what they do EVERY SINGLE TIME they don't get their way politically. They judge shop for an Unconstitutional bench ruler then sue.
there's multiple parts to this lawsuit and it seems people are conflating it into one whole. daniels owes trump for the defamation lawsuit she and/or avenatti filed against trump. daniels claimed, without evidence, that she was physically intimidated by someone representing trump. trump called the claim BS ( and a few other things ). team daniels sued for defamation and lost ( as i believe they should have ). the judge ruled she owes attorneys' fees for the defamation aspect, not the whole case. team trump is asking for $800,000 which i seriously doubt they'll get.

he did. michael cohen already admitted to it in court filings. from the beginning team daniels claim has been that the original settlement agreement is invalid for several legit reasons. the new lawyers for trump are actually agreeing with this and want it ruled invalid and the case closed. if that happens i believe daniels will be awarded attorneys' fees from trump. avenatti is trying to keep the suit alive so he can force depositions out of cohen and trump.

Yawn. Id lay odds that this is what will happen:
1. the doubling will be denied by the judge. While the suit may not have had sufficient merit, it wasnt frivolous either.
2. the judge will set a amount vastly lower then what was asked for. The amount asked for for this specific matter is completely insane even for high end lawyers. Id suspect the greed in this is going to cost them.
