Merely as a matter of law, this was a state prosecution. No presidential pardon power there.

More like he’s changed to a sport that doesn’t require goalposts.....aka Republican politics.

One can’t lose if there aren’t goalposts in the first place.

what everyone seems to have missed is the participation of other hate groups. Stoke the fire and one or the other opposing hate group will react violently. In this case it was the white supremist.

Guess you all missed that fact trump condemned all hate groups.

Trump says both sides of the issue had valid points worthy of discussion. that statement excluded opposing hate groups.

Trump did not say there were fine people in the hate group to which this guy belonged.

To twist trump's words is to spread hate and fear, a tactic of the new democrat party and media.

Hells angels and pagans confront each other one club kills an innocent bystander, and the other group gets a free pass?????????

But you defend this violent member of the alt-Right and your posts reflect exactly that, as well.

Anyway, his terrorist buddies have already declared him a martyr for the cause:

"You are creating an army of fanatics who are ready to die." OK, then. If the Nazis are ready to die, well - that's a fine thing for Nazis to do.

Is all you guys can do is deflect?

You’re miles off-topic.

OK, let me get this straight. Somewhere in the world, Dixon was waving a gun around and issuing threats, and this so unnerved Fields that, even though there is no evidence that Dixon was in his actual vicinity, Fields just had to plow into a group of people?

No wonder Fields' defense attorney didn't bring this up during the trial. I really don't think it would have helped much.

Fortunately our legal system doesn’t rely solely upon YouTube like yourself, and enough evidence existed to convince a jury to put this scumbag away for the crime he committed.
There is no way he could get a fair trial in Charlottesville.

Probably not anywhere, but especially there.

Even the worst of the worst should get a fair trial.

Prove he didn’t get a fair trial, otherwise stow it.

The person he killed didn’t get a fair deal either....

The person that died, died from a heart attack. Not injuries sustained.

I used to think Heyer wasn't hit by the car. But then I saw a video of her walking up the street by the Toyota Tundra, an instant before the collision. I also saw photos of her directly in front of the Challenger, as well as after she was hit and being pushed by it. Heyer's DNA was found in blood & flesh samples taken from the Challenger. A medical examiner testified about a slew of injuries. Her thoracic aorta was snapped in half. It's the largest artery in the body. Her femur was broken. That bone takes a lot of force to break. If Heather Heyer had a heart attack, it was due to massive physical trauma from being hit by Fields' car.
