That whole thing is so bizarre. In the newsclip, I saw she was going after a girl with long hair and was trying to cut it until the girl moved away from her AND she was doing the singing thing while cutting the boy's hair.
I was wondering why the boy who was having his hair cut just sat in the chair with his hands on his knees. You would think he would be moving around at least or maybe grab her arm to stop her, but maybe he was too scared and thought she was going to stab him or something.


Oh....just checked out other newsclips about the story....apparently the poor kids were terrified.

Maybe the woman decided she wanted to get fired and get unemployment.
