One would think they would hold off on sentencing until they testified in court against Trump.
Poppy, Flynn and now Cohen, with Manafort pulling a not guilty up to expose Mueller, in discovery. But he too, was being sentenced before testifying against Trump???

Justice department has been hinting that they would not charge a sitting president so no need to wait. Any information the FBI has will become public via indictments and filings for plea deals anyway. Congress and voters via the election will have the final say. Charges after holding office could still happen i guess.
There is no scenario for the Right in which their ends of electing Trump don't justify the means he won such as violating campaign finance laws, or even obstructing justice about possible collusion with Russia.

What does any of this have to do with Comey committing perjury?
I'll say it again, anyone who takes a real hard OBJECTIVE look at both Mueller and Trump and have determined that Mueller is the crooked one is simply being disingenuous. Trump's supporters have taken to attacking the investigator because Trump is giving the direction, they literally buy every single thing he is selling and as a result they appear unwilling to think for themselves. So it is clear they don't want the truth, they simply want their boy protected and that is so so wrong.
