I'm not an attorney and it's not for me to determine or say. Those who are tasked with the responsibility and legal knowledge are writing memos and legal briefs to address those issues and what is or is not a crime.
Obama interacts with Putin as President - This is OK, nothing to it.
Hillary interacts with Putin & Russians repeatedly over the years, gets paid millions in various transactions - This is OK, nothing to to it.
Trump has interactions with Russians as Real Estate Developer - This is horrible Treason, Impeach Trump.
The Derangement & Double Standards has to be seen to be believed.
The willful ignorance has to be seen to be believed.
Let's replace Trump's entry on your list with the most cut & dry issue: Trump has secret interactions with Kremlin operatives to arrange the exchange of compromising material on the opposition candidate. Then creates an official cover story that's proven to be a lie.

Actually, this involves private citizens at least when it directly mentions the campaign. Most of those accusations are from the campaign and still involve private citizens like some of his children who have no official roles in the government.
Now, as for the government officials, if you know of any laws they broke interacting with Russian officials, that's fine, but in reality this thread is mostly just xenophobic nonsense.
I would expect that any campaign should contact the FBI when a foreign adversary offers them assistance to win an election. We heard from just around every member of the Trump campaign that they had absolutely no contact with the Russians and now we know differently. Flynn should be able to offer some more insight today but Trump supporters will dismiss it.

As i recall Trump was in the process of trying to build a hotel in Russia so, it stands to reason he would be talking with a LOT of Russian officials in order to get permission to do so.
How many Russian's, and WHO WERE they, did hillay have contact with to get the uranium deal?
The clinton's have had MORE contact with Russian's then Trump EVER DID over the years.
