But why should the government do a mock burial and waste an opportunity to better mankind?

How is mankind bettered by an entire class of human beings being declared non-persons by the state?

You forgot Autism.

Can't guilt people into taking your side if you don't claim it helps people with Autism.

A sperm or egg isn't a potential life.

How would you feel about a 8 month old fetus being minced up and injected into a toad?

Yeah, that sounds moral.

Remember that morality is relative, otherwise they may as well be turned into pet food.

Just another reason people will leave the U.S.
Other countries will save peoples lives while we pray to a space God and lack research because the big God guy said it's a no-no.

Well, we already go to Canada and Mexico to get medicine because we can't afford it in "moral" America. lol, Next we'll just run over to Canada to cure our Autism or HIV.

Why we aspire to be a 3rd world country I'll never understand but it's working and we are getting closer every day.

Six Ways America Is Like a Third-World Country
Although the U.S. is one of the richest societies in history, it still lags behind other developed nations in many important indicators of human development – key factors like how we educate our children, how we treat our prisoners, how we take care of the sick and more. In some instances, the U.S.’s performance is downright abysmal, far below foreign countries that are snidely looked-down-upon as “third world.” Here are six of the most egregious examples that show how far we still have to go:https://www.rollingstone.com/politic...ountry-100466/

Let's not get personal - it's a discussion, not he said, she said.

This is fetal tissue leftover from abortions. No one wants it, so might as well allow scientists to do some research on it.

I would think that someone who was pro-life would want all fetal tissue to have purpose. Tossing it in an incinerator doesn't mean that the abortion didn't happen, and neither does putting it in a trash heap. But if research can be done that might save someone, it would be roughly the same as organ donation. After the loss of a loved one, rather than throw away their perfectly good heart, use it to save a life. Since pro-lifers are emotionally invested in every embryo, they should celebrate the opportunity for those embryos to do God's work and save other lives (of people who have already been born, whom I understand are nowhere near as important as zygotes and embryos, but still).
