This is the new Trumpublican party. They thrive on cruelty. Remember how they defended his portrayal of a disabled reporter? His reference to Megyn Kelly bleeding from her 'wherever'? His dismissal of a gold star family?
This is just another brown girl who died. It's a non-issue for them.

Like I said earlier in this thread, and I really don't mean to sound harsh, but kids die in emergency room in the hospitals all the time. Do we blame all the nurses and doctors? Border patrol officers are only responsible if they are negligent. So far, there is no evidence to prove they are negligent. But it looks like some of you already made up your mind. So it is useless to argue.

Kids die all the time at the hands of neglectful parents. This is not uncommon unfortunately. Stupidity is a way of life for some. I am SURE that if I took my daughter across a desert I would provide adequate amounts of food and water.
I can see you are ""all in" and will only continue to troll this thread because you can't accept the fact that the parents are to blame for her death. Again, she was airlifted to a hospital and given medical treatment but due to her parents lack of common sense, she expired.

Most liberals I know don't rush to blame the parents in their child's death. Of course, even I cannot say that Dad has zero responsibility; it's just not my first thought.
But the fact is - they were in our care, custody and control for at least 8 hours prior to her death. An investigation of the facts will help everyone to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Did her father have the ability to provide water and medical care for her in their detainment? If not, then how is it not the fault of those who were detaining them and who prevented him from seeking such care?

Like I said, if you want to blame the border patrol officers, you must prove they are NEGLIGENT.
That is the point. What if the dad was exhausted as well. Not one agent thought to check the kid because the father had is well stocked air conditioned RV in tow?
