Trump supporters don't support the country. They had two years to come up with a better healthcare option. The GOP controlled Congress had even longer. Still nothing, the party of do nothing. That's exactly why the GOP is losing voters. They care about nothing but lining their pockets.

You can’t keep a hospital or clinic open on uninsured patients only. And patients can’t afford basics like lab test, medications, or exams with cash only or junk insurance. This will get ugly within 1 year if ruled unconstitutional.
ACA needs to be repealed in its entirety.

You seem to have this bizzare perspective that it is in fact desireable to save and keep this virulent turd of a law.

It isn't.

Let Nancy Pelosi do what she likes. It will be political suicide for Republicans to do what you are suggesting. There is certainly room for compromise on this issue. But that does not mean repeating the mistakes of the "Affordable" Care Act. It is going to have to be a more market oriented system this time.

That is what compromise means in this situation. Something that actually is affordable and that brings health care AND health insurance costs down, across the board. If the Democrats find that idea too objectionable to support, then it really would be better to just go back to what we had before Obamacare.

It will be appealed.

And it quite possibly will go to SCOTUS.

Well, John Necon McCain was a fake republican never Trumper and he ruined the repeal of Obozo care. So thats why nothing was done.

Our deductible is sky high. insurance covers nothing, and we get nothing in return .

Im not going to pay for other people's poor life choices. Obamacare is not affordable insurance.

Its force re-distribution of wealth to bankrupt the middle class and collapse the healthcare system.
This is not about "poor life choices." This is about a broken health care system and the fact that Americans deserve access to doctors. But since you want to go there, why should I pay to educate your kid with my property tax dollars? I don't have any of my own. Why should I pay for your choice to have a child and send them to school for 18 years?

You brought them into the world, you should pay all the school costs. Why should I, a childless woman, pay for your kid? Because we are a country, a community, and it's not just about me, that's why. People are so damn selfish, it's ridiculous. When Americans are healthy, we ALL benefit long term. When Americans are smart and educated, we all benefit.

As I predicted all along, Obamacare has been struck down as an UNCONSTITUTIONAL disaster! Now Congress must pass a STRONG law that provides GREAT healthcare and protects pre-existing conditions. Mitch and Nancy, get it done!
Don’t hold your breath.

Senators drafting healthcare legislation on back of napkins, over lunch did not work.

Given Trump was very clear about repealing and REPLACING, HHS owns this.

This is disastrous for the GOP. Ted Cruz called it exactly right when the ACA was coming up to a vote. Once you give people healthcare they will never allow you to take it away.

You hear many right wingers who are enjoying the benefits of the ACA claim how much they hate Obamacare. Won't they be surprised when the realize that healthcare they like and want to keep but are now losing is Obamacare?

And we haven't even talked about the impact of expanded Medicaid going away.

The GOP is screwing their own base. But their base is not bright enough to understand that.
