Sounds like the judge got ahead of his skies and walked it back. It also seems that the Judge really wants to give Flynn some jail time considering how aggressive the Judge's comments were.

Fired Flynn may have screwed the pooch by failing to make known his relationship with Turkey, but that in no way justifies the unrelated attempted coup by the Obama DOJ holdovers.
