Why cite your military experience? It has nothing to do with the point I was trying to make - that this thread is flooded with people who were never great admirers of military men before, but suddenly are now that they think it's a good way to bash Trump.
by your argument. Leaving Iraq only benefits Iran....so did Obama obliged to Iran by pulling the troops out and giving them the deal that gave them billions of dollars?

Personally, I have admired Gen. Mattis for a long time. I have no Military experience.

Personally, I have admired General Kelly and General Mattis, and - unlike you - I have prior Military experience.
Mattis wants US Troops stationed in your bathroom if he had his way. Trump wants to pull troops from Syria and Afghanistan, so this is an easy decision for me.
