Do you want them to call her out or just report she said Trump doesn't have the votes?

Are you asking news journalists to editorialize?
https://www.cnbc.com/2018/12/20/hous...hutdown.htmlIt is unclear if Republicans will abandon that goal in an effort to keep the government running past Friday. During a televised Oval Office fracas last week, Pelosi challenged Trump by saying he did not have the votes for wall money in the House. It turns out he did.

That's a good question and one I posed.

Why did they wait until Thursday? if they had the votes last week -- why not vote last week and then have a week to work on the Democrats on the Senate to try and get them to support the bill? Not sure why they would bother leaving it to the last minute -- knowing that it is highly unlikely -- if not impossible -- that it will pass in the Senate as it stands now.

Some believe that they passed it because they know it won't pass the Senate.

Gotta love that kind of strategy right?

Trump will thankfully soon no longer have the votes in the House.

8 Republicans in the Senate don't support the wall. So Trump really needs 18 Democrats to vote for the wall.

YIKES. That is not going to happen.

That shows you how hard life is for leading Democrats in the Trump era.
They've never before faced a challenge anything like Trump.
Only 6 more years.
No, only 12 more days.....

It was Trumps shutdown, until Nancy was proven wrong, and it landed in Chuckie's lap for 9-10 votes.
A Schumer shutdown is 14 hours away.

Trump accepted responsibility for the upcoming shutdown in his meeting a week ago. It is rightfully on him. TRUMP SHUTDOWN.
