If he ever "got it", and any of his nonsense (or the ramifications of it) ever sunk in, that'd be one thing. But he's blind to every bit of it, which is the most dangerous aspect of all.
The best thing for him and the country would be for that hard-@ss egotistical exterior of his to melt, even just a little, and he become aware of his ways. But there's no sign that that will ever happen. And even if he ever did become aware, he'd still have to humble himself and own up / fess up to it. So we're doubly-screwed.
