The reasonable, logical conclusion one comes to when someone says "this year" is that the reference in question is to the current year in which context it was posted... in both of these cases it was 2018. Here we are in 2019 with no confirmation of such, the haters have taken the bait and embarrassed themselves yet again.

She makes a statement here or there and tweets now and again, but it has been a while since she has stood at the WH podium and given an actual press briefing.
So yes, she may have already moved on and there is no press secretary, acting or otherwise, to announce it.
BTW, deputy press secretary Raj Shah has removed any mention of being deputy press secretary from his twitter bio. Wonder if he has moved on as well.

The reason Huckabee-Sanders hasn’t left yet is that she can’t find work anywhere else. Read where she has been interviewing but no one will hire her.
I suspect it is not merely her association with Trump that is proving to be a barrier to employment, but her belligerent, condescending approach to lying that is the hold-up.
Last I read, she's breadwinner in her marriage, so resigning to "spend time with her family" is not an option.
The other day a number of Trumpies jumped on me for referring to their Dear Leader as "Trumpty Dumpty". They said I was indulging in "name calling". What's funny about this is I was responding to a post where a Trumpie called Nancy Pelosi "an old hag". So the Trumpies get their panties in a bunch over "Trumpty Dumpty", but have no problem with "old hag". Like their Dear Leader they can dish it out but they can't take it. What a bunch of little snowflakes.
So typical. They called us snowflakes and can't see how they are the group that is oversensitive. Of course it comes from their Jim Jones who cries like a baby every night on Twitter when people are mean to him.
As for Huckabee good riddance, she is a nasty, confrontational beotch. But part of me would like to see her try to explain away the President's problems when Mueller reveals the truth.
