I don't think a man's p***s is visible (at least I hope not) during an interview.... The guy already has facial tattoos and has enough income to pay for a full body suit, so it is probably not an issue.
Depends on the locale, circles, work, social group that the person walks in... I work with a partnered group that are employed by a Fortune 500 company... this group of designers have a few members that are heavily tattoo'd.. sleeves and up to the neck. Some industries/job types are tolerant and others not so much.
When I was in IT, working for a relatively conservative company, there were a number of people heavily tattoo'd. The only requirement was that they wore long sleeve shirts with "best effort" to represent the company (we had uniforms since we customer facing). One network guy was one of those "gentle giants" that everyone liked.
Well, he's 61 years of age and owns his own business, so I don't think he has to worry about being "non hireable".
As for what he's done, I don't care, and really could have done without it being publicized. Who ran the story to the media? The poor guy who had to tattoo someone's nether regions, or the narcissist who has tattooed his (almost) entire body? Why would either one of them think anyone cares?
