Trump Threatens to Close Border with Mexico Entirely

Trump is now saying that if he doesn't get funding for his wall, that he'll be "forced" to close our border with Mexico. He's gone completely mad, in his desperation to save face over his demands for wall funding. There's more than half a trillion dollars of commerce flowing in both directions over that border every year and it would cause a chaotic mess to halt it.
But then, you and I are most likely rational and this decision doesn't rest with a rational actor.
It most certainly is.
Then what's needed is negotiation for better trade arrangements.
